Does the RNC have a plan of action “with money behind it” for the movement of Urban and Inner-City Republicans?

From Wikipedia; Steel is an alloy consisting mostly of iron, with a carbon content between 0.2% and 2.14% by weight (C:110-10Fe), depending on grade. Carbon is the most cost-effective alloying material for iron, but various other alloying elements are used such as manganese, chromium, vanadium, and tungsten.
In 2008 The Republican Party Leaders elected a man who would have to be made of steel to deal with the troubles of the party of today 2009. Michael Steele is the man that is made up of good strong values, love for his party and good old fashion commonsense. When arriving to Los Angeles Michael asked us to start reuniting the party and build on its values.
The fighting energy must be redirected from Republican members that are eating their own. Traveling across the United States Steele wants us to band as one. Moving through the party loses, the pain and the changes that are happen in American. To focus on the younger republicans and get them more involved.
So the question is what is the Steele plan for the Republican Party?
1, Put your gear on and get ready for the fight! You have the right to agree and disagree. Stand up for true values. The basic difference is that Republicans values are to follow a conservative philosophy and Democrats follow a liberal philosophy.
A liberal would say that a proper role for government is to regulate and oversee the economy. Liberals say it’s proper for government to ensure that companies do the right thing (such as pay minimum wages), and to ensure that people act responsibly in their finances (such as requiring contributions to retirement savings).
A conservative would say that a proper role for government is to regulate and oversee morality. Conservatives say it’s proper for government to ensure that people are punished for immoral acts (such as taking drugs), and that people act appropriately in their marriages (such as banning homosexual marriage).
A libertarian would say that neither of those is a proper role for government. Libertarians say that the only proper role is to maintain an army for defense against invasion, to maintain a court system for ensuring justice, and other constitutionally defined roles.
As Republicans our Chairmen wants us to stop the in house fighting and lead with conviction. The White man and Black man tension is still in the air of the party. I know I feel it. Some of our White conservative brothers are still mad at those Black republican brothers who did not support Mc Cain. Yet not fully understanding that Obama was a machine unlike any other in the history of polities. The fighting energy must be redirected. Redirected towards the values we stand for and help others to infer the needs of the American people of today.
2. The old times of the party are still skeptical of the Republican National Chairman? Get over it. You now have a Black Republican National Chairman and a Black President of the US. This is now old news. The New Media is on the rise like never before. It is up to us to let the Hip Hop voice to be added to the mix of changes in the Republican Party. We need to be embedded it the new foundation of the Party.
The Urban communities have been ignored for too long and this is part of the problems therepublican party is still having today. As we blog and speak our mines of change and choice. Being skeptical is the wrong energy we want the other side to see or hear. Michael has a plan to bring new method to the party we have to be fair and give him a chance. Get with it! If you are notable to text, e-mail, facebook, twitter, Linkin, or blog etc… you are not with the program. These type of republican leaders are out of touch with their constitutes and WILL NOT WIN RACES for The Republican Party. We are going to have to change to win races and get through the general races.
The question is does the RNC have a plan of action with money behind it for the movement of Urban and Inner-City Republicans and Libertarians communities? I have yet to hear or see one from any RNC Chairman of the past.
Maybe Steele will be the first. When it comes to indorsing states for money to help their candidate with there needs to win the runs. Money must be allocated towards the Urban and Inner-City Republicans and Libertarians communities with people of color and cultures in charge of the disbursement of funds to instill the value of the people in their communities. Steele visit to California was one of hope and good old fashion commonsense.
Californians are steal talking about his visit and the changes the party has need for a long time. I would have like to have seen the RNC leadership be in a more formal setting with a panel and a plan of action being given to the people.
I feel too many times we have events like if we are in a glee club meeting needing a shot of Yea! Yea! That’s great yet, now is the time of Action we need to be included and be vocal of the truth too what can help our party”Iron out” its problems. That will take the right components of making the right steel to get the job right. As the man of Steele would say “that is just good old commonsense”.
Recently, Shirley represented HHR Blog at a meeting with Michael Steele in Los, Angeles. You Can See the Videos Below!
Shirley Hussar is the LA representative for the blog HipHopRepublican.com, she writes on urban issues as they relate to the Republican Party.

This type of outreach was started by Ed Gillespie and then continued under Ken Mehlman and abandoned under Mike Duncan, I think you will find that more Black voters supported GWB in his relection effort than ever before. That momentum was lost under Duncan’s leadership, I know Mike he is a good guy and given time he will do well, the question is whether the rest of the party will come along willingly or be dragged kicking a screaming
The rest of the party is not coming. The GOP is ideologically led by Limbaugh, and even Steele parrots that rhetoric, most notably when he is talking to conservative audiences.
I’ve seen nothing to suggest that Steele has a plan to engage the black community any differently and my prediction right now is that he won’t . Engagement with the black community would require moderation of rhetoric and Steele can’t enforce that, even if he could get the RNC to do it effectively. Engagement would require policy focus on black issues and the GOP is not doing that either.
Rank and file republicans all the way up the chain do not agree with Steele’s strongly held position that the GOP ignores blacks. Steele knows this is true and has said so, to his credit, many times. The rest of the party however cares nothing for this issue of engagement and still believes its possible to win without us and that we are an irrational political constituency unreceptive to the GOP under any circumstances. Steele is not going to change that one bit. He can’t. The GOP will continue to stand apart from blacks, and latinos as well.
who is this “Aaron June” guy? does he have something extremely negative to say sabout everything? I’m more of a libertarian so I know that the GOP still has a long way to go but this guy is reeking of negativity!
