The Howard University College Republicans (HUCR) is the official campus organization for Republican students. We provide an intellectual space where students can exchange ideas about local, state and national politics. We are also an educational vehicle, providing diversity to the political environment at Howard.

HUCR advocates on behalf of issues affecting the African-American community. We actively recruit new members to the Republican Party and support Republican candidates.

The Howard University College Republicans shall advocate and disseminate conservative scholarship and intellectual discourse, educate and foster Republican principles, and increase student political involvement and awareness through the Republican Party.
