6. HHR reserves the right to edit portions of comments or delete comments in the event that the HHR Rules and Guidelines have been violated.

From time to time individuals have claimed to speak on behalf of HHR Blog particularly at Republican functions and events. Because we are not always aware of this it is very important that such organizations check with us to determine if such permission was granted.

HHR Article Submission:

 The HHR editorial guidelines are designed to help you determine before submission what we accept and don’t accept for publishing.

The rules for submitting articles to HHR:

1) The articles you submit must be your own work

 2) By submitting your articles to HHR, you grant us the right to publish your articles 

3) Please keep your article a reasonable length. The preferred length of an article is 400 to 800 words. 

4) All articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting  

5) From time to time articles submitted to HHR will feature on other political blogs/sites. The purpose is to have submitted articles circulated to much larger audiences.
