McWhorter, the senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, who writes and comments extensively on race, ethnicity and cultural issues for the Institute's Center for Race and Ethnicity is coming out with a new book for 2008 that promises to be as controversial as it's title "the new book, which will be released in May, will be entitled "All About The Beat: Why Hip-Hop Can't Save Black America".
