The Republican Party was Founded On Race

Often people on the left argue that the Republican party has done nothing for any race.

Some on the right say if it did that, the party would be favoring one race above another.
The facts are the Republican Party was primarly founded on racial and social justice issues.

It was created for a specific purpose initially, and that specific purpose was based upon a specific race wouldn't you consider that 'race specific'?
