Ron Miller Announces Campaign Manager

Ron Miller a black Republican candidate for the U.S. Congress in Marylands 5th Congressional District today named long time Maryland Republican Party activist Kelly Kout as his campaign manager.

Miller enthused about Kouts joining the team stating, I am thrilled to have someone with Kellys vast experience and knowledge join my team. It is truly humbling that of all the opportunities afforded her, she chose to become the captain of my team.

Ms. Kout was honored for her service to the Maryland Republican Party in 1997 when she was named the Maryland Republican Party Woman of the Year.

The Bowie resident also has extensive experience in the 5th Congressional District serving as the campaign manager for John Morgan in 1996, and again for then-state Representative and current State Police Chief Tim Hutchins in 2000.

Kout has also served as the Prince George's County coordinator for Ellen Sauerbrey's campaign for Governor.
