Minimum Wage increase!

The democrats are constanly talking about raising the minimum wage. The increase is often very small. I propose given black teens 22 and under the option of keeping the money that the goverment takes out from there summer jobs.When I was 17 I use to work for CVS store and I think every month the goverment took at leat 200 dollars out of my money. I think Kids should keep that money, or it should be set aside for college.Giving people there money improves peoples options!
